Goal

Good mental health at work and good management go hand in hand and there is strong evidence that workplaces with high levels of mental wellbeing are more productive. Addressing wellbeing at work increases productivity by as much as 12%[1]. This template provides some basic tools for managers and team leaders looking to nurture a culture a wellbeing in their organizations.


Questions

  1. Does your current work space and environment allow you to complete your work activities? If you are having any problems, tell us what it is about.
  2. Are you experiencing stress, anxiety or sadness during these days? If so, let me know what you're feeling.
  3. Tell me, what activities related to meditation, yoga and/or physical training do you perform on a regular basis?
  4. What other activities do you enjoy in your current daily life? For example, reading, writing, drawing, cooking, time with family or friends, or others.


Recommended frequency for this follow-up

How long or how often a person takes time off for their mental health depends on their industry and individual needs.

It shouldn't take long for a member of your team to respond to this feedback, usually it's no more than 10-15 min and the results will potentially give you great value.
