We've got some exciting news to share with you today. ๐ŸŽ‰ We've been working tirelessly to enhance your daily flows using the data you generate every day, and we're thrilled to introduce our latest creation - the DailyBot Plugin for ChatGPT!

If youโ€™re tired of manually extracting knowledge from your team's check-ins, forms, and surveys, our new plugin allows you to effortlessly get valuable insights from all these sources, making your life a whole lot easier.

We understand that different teams have different needs when it comes to check-ins. That's why we've added some fantastic new features that allow you to tailor your check-in frequencies precisely as you want them:

Want to have regular monthly check-ins with your team? Now you can! Expand your use cases in DailyBot with this useful setting and keep things on track every month with ease.

๐Ÿ”„ Advanced Frequencies

If you have a specific interval in mind that isn't covered by the standard options, our advanced frequencies let you go beyond the defaults and create custom intervals using cron expressions. It's like having your very own scheduler for check-ins.

How to Set Up Advanced Frequencies

Setting up advanced frequencies is a breeze. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the web app > Check-ins.
  2. Create a new check-in or edit an existing one.
  3. In Step 2, look for the "Advanced" frequency tab.
  4. In โ€œWhen should it be triggered?โ€ choose either "Monthly" or "Custom" based on your preferences.
  5. If you select "Custom," set up your desired interval using cron notation.

And that's it! You're all set to run check-ins at your preferred frequencies.

New filters for Check-ins, Forms, Forms responses, and Workflows ๐Ÿ“

You heard that right! We added new filters in the major areas of the web app to help you find and manage your data more efficiently. Let's dive right in!

Check-ins Home Filters ๐Ÿ 

We know how important it is to quickly access the most relevant reports. That's why we've added new filters to the Check-ins Home. With these filters, you can now sort and find your most crucial check-in reports in a snap!

Forms: Filters in the Home and Records Views ๐Ÿ“

Finding the right forms is now a breeze! In the Forms Home, you can use the new filters to quickly locate the specific forms you're looking for. But that's not all! We've also added filters to the Form Records section, so you can easily find the responses you need in a flash.

Filters in Workflows and Commands Views ๐Ÿ”„

Managing workflows and commands is now more convenient than ever. We've incorporated new filters into the Workflows and Commands views, making it a breeze to locate and organize your automation processes.

๐Ÿƒ Team Mood: More Insights and Control!

Keeping track of your team's mood is essential for maintaining a positive work environment. We've expanded the capabilities of the Team Mood feature, giving you more insights and control.

  • Home Page View: See your teamโ€™s overall mood directly from the Home Page, so you can gauge the overall mood at a glance.
  • Filtering Options: Filter mood by teams or responses to get a deeper understanding of how different groups feel.
  • Configuration Settings: Customize your team mood settings from the new settings view to align with your team's unique needs.
