Using Predefined Text Responses
You can easily create a command that when called on replies with a line of predefined text, this can be really useful when it comes to information you recurrently share like a link or a set of instructions or documentation. This can help streamline and ease communication.
Here's an example of a command that when called will post a link to our company's product documentation.
We go to Custom commands → Create command

Next, all we have to do is make sure that “Respond with predefined text” is selected. We name our command, give it a description, and on the text response box we type the text we want DailyBot to reply with.

Click "Create and finish” and now when we @DailyBot and type down our command DailyBot will reply with the text we chose.
